Watching track and field live

A track and field session runs several events at once: races on the track while jumps and throws go on in the infield, so every few minutes something is decided. The big screens and announcer help you follow it all. Morning sessions mix heats and qualifying rounds, often with a final or two, and are the best way to see many athletes for a lower price.

LA Memorial Coliseum

The LA Memorial Coliseum hosted the 1932 and 1984 Games and becomes the first stadium to host the Olympic track and field program three times. Its huge bowl makes evening finals sessions unforgettable.

Getting there: Metro's E Line stops at Expo Park/USC, a short walk across Exposition Park. Expect large crowds, so allow time for security.

Choosing your category

Category A sits low along the home straight near the finish line. B and C are on the sides and bends, and the higher letters climb the bowl and wrap the ends. Seats near the finish line catch the sprint finishes; seats on the bends are good for the jumps and throws. This listing has tickets in Categories A, B, C and D. Tickets bought in the same order are seated together, and your exact seats are shown on the tickets when they are delivered.

Session details from the official LA28 competition schedule (version 3.0, March 2026). Times and the order of events can change; we will let you know about any change that affects your tickets.
