French open FAQ
How will I receive my French Open tickets?
All tickets are mobile tickets and will be delivered via the Roland Garros App, which must be downloaded on your mobile phone.
When will my tickets be delivered?
Ticket delivery begins in early May. If you ordered early, tickets are usually sent by mid-May. You will receive them on the Roland Garros App no later than one week before your match date.
What information is required for my tickets?
To personalize your tickets, we will need the first name, last name, and email address of each attendee. This is mandatory and required by the French Federation of Tennis.
What are the seating categories in Suzanne Lenglen Stadium?
- Category 1: Inner ring, rows 1–10, closest to the court with excellent views.
- Category 2: Outer ring, further from the court with great value pricing.
Lenglen is a 10,068-seat open-air stadium — the second largest at Roland Garros.
Does my Lenglen ticket give me access to other courts?
Yes, tickets for the Suzanne Lenglen court include access to the Annex courts where you can watch other exciting matches.
How many matches can I watch on Suzanne Lenglen?
Day Session: Up to 4 matches during the early rounds.
Lenglen hosts day sessions only (no night sessions). View the complete French Open 2026 schedule here.
What is the Night Session?

I've bought tickets for a friend, how can I transfer them to him?
From the ticketing website or on mobile application, I assign the
tickets nominally and click on the "Transfer" button. My friend
downloads the Roland-Garros mobile application, logs in or creates
an account, then enters the recovery code received by e-mail.
He can then show his ticket when accessing the stadium and the
main courts, or transfer the tickets himself to the final beneficiaries.
Is downloading the mobile application the only way to pick up my ticket?
Yes, it is the one and only way to pick up your ticket.
Make sure you can download the mobile application!
Do I need to print my ticket before coming?
It is not possible to print your ticket.
Tickets are only available in digital format from the
Roland-Garros mobile application. Any ticket presented
on another support will not be considered as official and
accepted to access the stadium. Screenshots will not be
accepted to access the courts.
If I run out of battery on my phone when I get there, how can I access the stadium?
Take precautions and remember to charge your phone when approaching
the stadium. In the event of a breakdown, Customers Service at stadium
gates will be able to help you, but you'll have to be patient as the wait
can be long
